Assistant Housekeeping Manager
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our team as our Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach the Housekeeping team fostering high performance through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations by assigning and monitoring workloads, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met, coordinating maintenance requests, managing floor inventory and supplies, and releasing completed guest rooms for occupancy.
- Work closely with hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience that consistently exceeds Four Seasons standards and expectations.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Two to four years of previous experience in Housekeeping department head positions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment and computer systems including HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Bilingual skill preferred
- Experience in Laundry preferred
