About the role

The Assistant Director position at Securitas plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients. This role involves leading Security Officers and providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Observes and reports activities and incidents to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel.
  • Preserves order and enforces site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and premises.
  • Provides direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and necessary site needs.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months.
  • Above-average computer and technology skills.
  • Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
  • Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Nevada PILB Card required.
  • Nevada Drivers License required.
  • One year of security supervisor experience required.
  • One year of casino security experience preferred.
