Customer Experience

As an Editor, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of our customers' journeys. This includes training in all store operations, from customer-facing to back-of-house. You'll assist with coverage and be equipped to work in both environments. Understanding the entire customer journey—from start to finish—will enhance our team's capabilities in assisting with any inquiries, with leadership support as needed. Key performance indicators include AOV, UPT, and more. You'll develop and nurture relationships with customers, engaging them pre- and post-visits.

Teamwork

Operate with optimism and joy—having fun is encouraged! Share excitement with the Glossier community on product launches, activations, and special events. Partner with store leadership to communicate feedback on inventory logistics, packaging, and customer experiences. Serve as a product guru and resource for demonstrations, especially for new hires and cross-training team members. Uphold all uniform standards and observe strict confidentiality.

Operational Excellence

Take pride in inventory, store facilities, and company equipment. Adhere to safety standards and follow inventory management systems. Restock and replenish inventory meticulously, ensuring accuracy and quality. Participate in visual projects and maintain uniform standards. Observe strict confidentiality and multitask efficiently to accommodate multiple customer requests.
