Assistant Director - The Las Vegas Strip

About the role

The Assistant Director position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, preserving order, enforcing regulations, and directing Lead Security Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Observing and reporting activities and incidents
• Providing security and safety for client property and personnel
• Preserving order and enforcing site regulations
• Directing Lead Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities
• Coordinating necessary needs for the site

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment

Qualifications

• 1 year of security supervisor experience
• 1 year of casino security experience preferred
