About the role

The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care in Clintonville, WI, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team as Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%).

Requirements

  • Exhibits a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process.
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care provided.
  • Knowledge and understanding of therapy practice.
  • High degree of credibility and integrity.
  • Enjoyment of team cohesion, being a team player, having a positive attitude, and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence.
  • Understanding and acceptance of the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department.

Qualifications

  • Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license is required.
