What You'll Do
- Support the Director of Rehabilitation in daily department operations
- Help lead and mentor an outstanding therapy team
- Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, productivity, and clinical oversight
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Step into leadership when the Director is unavailable
What We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania (PA) license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) (preferred)
- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehab experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team success
