Join our outstanding in-house therapy team as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation and enjoy a dynamic work environment where you can make facility-level decisions, supported by exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%).
• Work with our Kaiser Partners/IDT.
• Gain valuable clinical mentorship and job shadowing experiences.
• Participate in clinical and program development initiatives.
• Access initiatives to help you grow as a leader.
• Strong emphasis on infection control to ensure a safe environment for both staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTR or RPT.
• SNF Experience Required.

$125,000/year – $145,000/year
