About the role
We are seeking a Registered Physical or Occupational Therapist or Licensed Speech Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at Oakwood Care & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO, as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the therapy department
- Provide direct patient care under supervision
- Train and mentor DOR-in-Training program participants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed OTR, RPT or SLP
- SNF Experience

- Knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
