About the Role
Provides leadership and direction to all Food and Beverage outlets and staff including Restaurants, In Room Dining, Services, and Beverage outlets. Manages the daily activities and monitors the performance of the Food and Beverage management and service teams. Assists the Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) in developing and managing the strategic plan for the Food and Beverage division, including budget administration, forecasting, inventory, and cost control. Ensures compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and regional Alcoholic Beverage Commissions guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manages the daily activities and performance of Food and Beverage management and service teams across all outlets.
- Verifies that all outlet operational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (HACCP, OSHA, Alcoholic Beverage Commissions) are maintained.
- Assists in developing and managing the strategic plan for the Food and Beverage division, including budget administration, forecasting, inventory, and cost control.
- Manages the development of the Food and Beverage outlet management team.
- Creates and manages marketing and promotional opportunities to draw clientele from the local market.
- Monitors the status and progress of each outlet to maintain consistency in operations.
- Researches market trends and recommends operational changes to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintains strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
- Ensures all Food and Beverage teams are properly trained in sanitation, food safety, and customer service.
- Conducts human resources activities, including interviewing, selecting, training, and appraising employees.
- Manages employee performance, including annual evaluations, career planning, and training requirements.
- Monitors employee attendance and records absences/tardiness.
- Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Pay
Pay Range: $109,000 - $148,000 Annually
