About Us
Thayermahan is a leader in Underwater Acoustic Monitoring. In the Persistent Surveillance Systems department, we monitor and localize passive acoustic contacts on a 24/7 operational schedule for many different contracts. Our team is devoted to providing timely and accurate contact reporting on both biologic and manmade contacts. We also do all our piloting in-house for a variety of unmanned vehicles, which we use to carry our acoustic payloads.

Role And Responsibilities
- Run a team conducting at sea operations on both small craft and large offshore supply vessels
- Water operations and maintenance of support vessel and all related marine operations equipment assistance - tenders, docks and launch tools (crane/forklift)
- Creative problem solving on location, platform assembly, troubleshooting, coordination with operations leadership team
- Excellent communicator, team player, budget conscious, adapt to issues in the field, deliver on schedule, and interact with customers
