Primary responsibilities
- Drive team sales goals and ensure consistent execution of strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team, maintaining high standards and clear expectations.
- Oversee CRM processes, marketing campaigns, and client communications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and optimize retention strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations with organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless workflows and meeting operational goals.
- Support operational coordination and daily office activities.
- Monitor team tasks and processes to maintain performance standards.
- Assist with campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement.
- Track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with leadership to implement effective processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Must be able to obtain required state insurance licenses.
- Experience with CRM systems and campaign execution preferred.

Compensation
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
