Primary responsibilities

  • Drive team sales goals and ensure consistent execution of strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team, maintaining high standards and clear expectations.
  • Oversee CRM processes, marketing campaigns, and client communications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and optimize retention strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless workflows and meeting operational goals.
  • Support operational coordination and daily office activities.
  • Monitor team tasks and processes to maintain performance standards.
  • Assist with campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement.
  • Track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with leadership to implement effective processes and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Must be able to obtain required state insurance licenses.
  • Experience with CRM systems and campaign execution preferred.

Compensation
