About the role

The Assistant Director of Operations – Food & Beverage supports Carmel Valley Ranch’s commitment to exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. In this role, the Assistant Director assists with all existing locations food and beverage outlets. Working closely with Food & Beverage Directors, Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, and resort leadership, the Assistant Director helps foster a strong service culture, drive operational consistency, support financial performance, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, beverage execution, and guest service are maintained across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all existing locations food and beverage outlets.
• Works closely with Food & Beverage Directors, Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, and resort leadership.
• Fosters a strong service culture.

• Ensures the highest standards of food quality, beverage execution, and guest service are maintained across all outlets.

Requirements

• A well-rounded hospitality background with experience in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Effective collaboration across departments.
• Contributes to a seamless, elevated guest experience throughout the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage and Rooms Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$110,000.00 to $115,000.00
