About the role
The Assistant Clinic Manager supports the Clinic Manager in achieving consistent growth by overseeing daily operations, meeting revenue goals, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and improving systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing sales, customer service, employee relations, and administrative tasks to align with clinic standards and policies.
- Maintain clinic metrics such as revenue, margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, and client acquisition rates.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team to enhance clinic performance and client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients to build loyalty and brand awareness through exceptional customer service.
- Address client feedback and communicate it to relevant employees.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement improvements and support additional tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar fields; 4+ years preferred.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset for employees.
- Flexible scheduling to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Proficient in computer and phone skills, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
