Assistant Banking Center Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABM) is responsible for all day-to-day branch operations, managing Banking Associates, and facilitating on-site management duties in the Banking Center Manager’s absence. The ABM also serves as the secondary branch product specialist, handling the servicing and opening of all depository relationships in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Manage and support Banking Associates.
• Facilitate on-site management duties in the Banking Center Manager’s absence.
• Serve as the secondary branch product specialist.
• Service and open all depository relationships at the branch.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21–$32 per hour. Actual pay is based on factors including budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
