Requirements

• Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, MD/PhD, or PhD in a health-related field.
• Candidates with an MD or equivalent must be board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Candidates with an MD or equivalent must also hold, or be eligible for, a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the California Medical Board.
