About the Role

As a Team Lead in Assembly/Test IV, you will oversee complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. Your role ensures precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety and performance standards in both standard and non-standard environments.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
- Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
- Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety.
- Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring safe material handling.
- Work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day, contributing to continuous workflow.
- Be open to international travel for required training, expanding your expertise and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in assembly, testing, or fabrication operations.
