Team Lead IV- 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
• Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
• Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
• Counsels operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
• Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience.
• Nice to have: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Technical aptitude with production equipment and machinery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Physical Job Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
• The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $53,600.00 - $80,400.00
• The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
• Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.
• Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
