Responsibilities
- Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
- Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
- Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
- Counsels operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
- Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
Requirements
- 5 years of work experience.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Technical aptitude with production equipment and machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

- The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $53,600.00 - $80,400.00
- The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
- Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.
- Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
