Team Lead
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
About the role
Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services to individuals we serve. Attend training for individuals served to assure their objectives and company goals are achieved. Participate in community outings, conduct house orientation for new employees, and serve as a role model to staff to ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely. Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment. Review individuals served progress, coordinate, and implement shift objectives. Provide services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan (IP) and/or treatment team.
Schedule
- Friday - Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Pay
$17.25 per hour
Responsibilities

- Model accurate and timely documentation practices
- Assist with staffing needs and recruitment
- Review progress of individuals served and coordinate shift objectives
- Deliver services including skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per Individual Plan (IP) or treatment team guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field
- Current driver's license for at least one year, car registration, and auto insurance
- Previous managerial or supervisor experience required
Qualifications
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
