Team Lead

Now Hiring Team Leads in Aurora/Plainfield Area 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Must be open to Overtime) Pay rate $19hr Lead and support a team of associates during assigned shifts. Monitor daily production, productivity, and quality standards. Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees. Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies. Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members. Assist with resolving employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor attendance and report staffing concerns to management. Perform quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete reports and documentation as required. Job Requirements Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide employees in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
