Assembly Technician - Paint

About the role

Join our Paint Department as a Paint line & Assembly Technician, where you'll be a key part of bringing high-quality products to life through powder coating and finishing processes in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Hang hooks and parts on the paint line based on production priorities
• Apply powder coat paint manually to parts
• Perform color changeovers efficiently
• Tape and protect parts from scratches as they come off the line
• Inspect, pack, and assemble parts as needed
• Support final assembly by ensuring timely delivery of painted components
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts like Kaizen events
• Share ideas and help reduce downtime to improve productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required – we'll train you
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform frequent bending
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Pay & Schedule

• Shift: 6am – 2pm Monday through Friday (occasional overtime)
• Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
