About the role

We are seeking Assembly Technicians across multiple levels (II–V) to support the manufacturing, assembly, calibration, and testing of our products. This progression role offers growth from entry-level assembly to advanced fabrication and full product ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly II (Entry-Level): Perform basic assembly operations, operate simple machines and perform basic soldering, inspect parts, track production output, and meet performance targets.
  • Assembly III (Intermediate): Perform complex assembly and calibration tasks, interpret product variations and configurations, conduct leak testing and Hi-Pot testing, package and label finished goods, use hand and power tools with greater precision.
  • Assembly IV (Advanced): Read prints and engineering instructions, assemble and fill thermal/capillary systems, perform calibration, leak testing, and adjustments, work with welding and handle specialized materials, follow strict safety protocols for hazardous materials.
  • Assembly V (Expert Level): Independently manage low-volume, high-variation orders, perform full fabrication, assembly, calibration, testing, and packaging, work with advanced tools (torches, induction heating, etc.), handle volatile materials in controlled environments, ensure product quality from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Assembly II (Entry-Level): 2–3 months to proficiency, strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Assembly III (Intermediate): 3–6 months to proficiency, ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Assembly IV (Advanced): 9–12 months to proficiency, strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills (soldering, brazing).
  • Assembly V (Expert Level): 3–5 years to mastery, deep product knowledge and high-level mechanical expertise.
