About the role

We are seeking a Industrial Painter/Assembler responsible for performing painting and assembly operations on electrical switchgear units. Key duties include painting steel and aluminum enclosures, maintaining painting equipment, and executing light to medium assembly tasks. The role involves setting and monitoring spray application parameters, troubleshooting line activities, and ensuring process specifications are met.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP)
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and push/pull up to 48 lbs
  • Experience reading drawings, blueprints, and shop documents
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
