Assembler - Manufacturing

About the role

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to support manufacturing by assembling glass-to-metal seals, ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to produce high-quality glass-to-metal seals, verifying accuracy before assembly.
• Safely load and unload ovens as part of the production cycle.
• Maintain knowledge of ongoing production issues and updates.
• Perform additional duties to support team and operational needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills essential.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling small parts and operating magnifying tools or microscopes.
