Assembler - Manufacturing

About the Role

The Assembler Lead is a frontline leader responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. They provide technical guidance, troubleshoot assembly issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves supervising team members, monitoring performance, and coordinating activities to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate daily team priorities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and workflow issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and workflow efficiency
• Perform assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of products
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management
• Train team members and support quality and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience
• Ability to use hand tools, gauges, and basic computer skills
• Strong troubleshooting and quality correction skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks
