Job Title: Assembly Technician Role And Responsibilities Assemble products according to work orders and blueprints, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Conduct tests and in-process inspections to maintain product quality.Analyze materials, operations, and assembly sequences to optimize manufacturing processes.Report safety, equipment, tooling, or quality issues immediately to supervisors.Maintain knowledge of all processes and ensure a clean, organized work environment.Follow company policies and conduct oneself professionally.Operate machinery, electronic devices, and forklifts as needed.Understand blueprints, schematics, and measurement tools; perform basic arithmetic calculations. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent; or minimum of 2 years related experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and move up to 100 pounds occasionally.Comfortable working with hazardous materials and machinery, with awareness of safety hazards.
