Assembler - Hiring Now

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assembler to support manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Include Reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine assembly requirements.Assembling electrical and electronic systems, installing components, wiring, and casings using hand tools, electric, or pneumatic drivers.Performing quality solder touch-ups and populating assemblies as needed.Assembling, installing, or repairing frames, housings, heat sinks, and other components.Conducting routine quality control checks, inspecting boards for defects, and ensuring proper assembly.Maintaining inventory accuracy through counts and audits, and tagging components for tracking.Cleaning parts and assemblies, and performing electrical testing to verify resistance, capacitance, and circuit integrity.Documenting assembly processes, training team members, packing finished products, and collaborating with supervisors on production planning. Qualifications Include High School Diploma or GED.At least 5 years of experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical assembly, soldering (thru-hole and surface mount), board building, and product testing.Knowledge of ISO processes and documentation.Proficiency with appropriate hand tools and the ability to learn internal computer systems.Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed. Additional Requirements Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task.Work on-site in a normal environment, authorized to work in the U.S.
