Assembler - Hiring Now

Role Overview: This position involves assembling, testing, and repairing parts in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Receive instructions and perform a variety of assembly and testing tasks using knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment.Test assembled parts, interpret blueprints, and create setups for assembly and testing.Follow ATP procedures to test parts, record results, and perform repairs under FAA and other regulatory standards.Monitor clean room particle levels and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist with additional tasks to meet production needs and support quality standards. Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of assembly experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling preferred.Ability to lift and move light to average weight materials; moderate physical activity involved. Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay at $19/hr, with potential for increases and bonuses.
