We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Assembler to support manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities include performing mechanical fitting assembly, wire cutting, stripping, torque application, and assembling sensor components such as PJs and termination heads. Operate automated and semi-automated equipment like laser marking and welding systems. Read and follow manufacturing instructions, process documentation, and engineering drawings. Conduct basic electrical tests including insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity checks. Perform inspections with measuring tools such as rulers and calipers. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications include a basic understanding of mathematics, ability to interpret instructions and drawings, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Must pass a visual acuity test, lift up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and move between work areas as needed.
