What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for suspicious behavior, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or law enforcement as appropriate.
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A Texas Level III Armed Guard Card is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
