This full-time position is based at our Point Ruston Tacoma location and is responsible for managing the float pool that provides staffing support across the Southwest Region.
Responsibilities
The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Master’s degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
