Area Manager-Urgent Care

About the role
We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic locations in the North Region or Central Region. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide high-performing teams while fostering strong camaraderie with fellow Area Managers—a supportive network for collaboration and shared success.
Responsibilities
- Engage in and coach the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
- Maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
- Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
- Travel to the various clinics on a regular basis and be available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Master’s degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
