Area Manager-Urgent Care

About the role

Area Manager for Retail Health at Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, overseeing clinic locations in the Central Region including Federal Way and Kent.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coach the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to customers and team members.
• Maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
• Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
• Travel to various clinics on a regular basis and be available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
