Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team committed to patient-first values
  • Design and execute sales strategies based on market insights and customer needs
  • Communicate strategic vision aligned with corporate objectives to the team
  • Drive performance by setting goals and providing tailored coaching
  • Lead development of quarterly business plans to ensure high performance
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to address business opportunities and strategies
  • Manage healthcare account relationships to achieve customer and company goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 12-15 years of experience in the biopharma industry
  • 8-12+ years of leading an oncology sales team
  • Proven record of success in launching products, particularly in NSCLC
  • Experience with oncology products that include companion diagnostics
  • Strong effectiveness in competitive markets with a track record of sales success
  • Expertise in building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  • Ability to mentor and onboard new team members

Pay

$245,000 – $290,000 annually
