About the role

The Area Business Director, Lung will lead business development efforts within the designated region, focusing on expanding market share and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow market share and increase revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Proven track record of successful business development and partnership building
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
