Architectural Project Manager - Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a motivated architectural professional that enjoys leading teams, managing projects from early planning through construction administration for hospitality projects. In this role, you will lead multiple projects through all phases of design and construction, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, with a strong design judgement and values collaboration, leadership, mentorship and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
• 9+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area
• Exceptional knowledge of design development, construction documentation and technical detailing
• Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environment
• Experience in training and guiding junior staff on the design process

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $135,000 USD per year (New York)
