ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (3–5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation for multifamily and retail projects.
• Work closely with project architects, senior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Utilize Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite for design development, rendering, presentation and documentation.
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to conduct site analysis studies, site and building diagrams, feasibility studies and necessary code and zoning research to support design decisions.
• Cook up with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project phases.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and construction administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). (Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus)
• Experience in multifamily and/or retail projects preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
