Responsibilities
- Design studies and project development
- Construction documentation and detailing
- Consultant coordination
- Specifications, product, and assemblies research
- Graphic presentations, visual communication, modeling, and rendering
- Project budgeting, scheduling, and bid coordination and analysis
- Construction administration, modular fabrication, and field coordination
Qualifications
- Strong design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, well-organized construction documents and technical drawings, working under direction on construction details and assemblies, with high graphic standards, including intentional lineweights, clear annotations, and well-composed sheet layouts
- Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Resourceful, organized, collaborative, and self-motivated
- Interest in construction, detailing, and building technology
- Ability to receive feedback, critically evaluate your own work, and continuously improve
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling software; familiarity with MacOS, Vectorworks, and SketchUp is beneficial but not required
- Fundamental grasp of Microsoft and Adobe suites
Pay
$65,000 - $80,000 annually, or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
