    • Facilitate monthly check-ins to track progress, maintain momentum, and escalate risks across the quarter

  • Executive Onboarding:

    • Serve as ongoing resource and first point of contact for all TWS VPs on organizational questions
  • Strategic Project Ownership:
    • Serve as an extension of the President on priority projects across any TWS department — sitting in on meetings, building and managing project trackers, and delivering executive-ready status updates
    • Manage escalation protocols, involving the President only when decisions require his direct input
    • Strategically convene the right stakeholders, craft thoughtful agendas, and drive follow-through
  • Client Relations Management:
    • Serve as primary point of contact and internal liaison for all TWS clients
    • Own all inbound client inquiries and manage the business development process, including intake screening, first meetings, and executive briefings; involve the President only when a brand warrants further pursuit
    • Own all onboarding efforts when a new client is engaged
    • Maintain: client onboarding playbook, new client intake form, brand onboarding deck, and business development tracker
