Senior Manager, Business Operations

Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned leader to own some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization’s strategic manufacturing & operations roadmap. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Sr Director, Strategic Ops who reports directly to Collectibles’ EVP Operations. Given the team’s end-to-end mandate, this role will be expected to 1) own the evaluation / scoping / strategic analysis of potential operations initiatives as well as 2) to drive end-to-end execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with world-class strategic & analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, experience leading and growing teams, and a clear team-first mindset. Requirements
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based (or willingness to relocate)
- 5-7 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops / Strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar. MBA Preferred.
- Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
- Team-first management mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems collaboratively with their direct reports
- Superior project management skills, with ability to apply a structured approach across multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies.
