Crusoe is an AI infrastructure company that designs, builds, and operates AI data centers and a cloud platform. It provides managed AI services, GPU compute, model fine-tuning and inference, and infrastructure operations for organizations building and deploying AI workloads.

About the Role

You will bridge executive strategy and operational execution by driving critical cross-functional initiatives, establishing operating rhythms, improving processes, and supporting M&A integration. You will scope ambiguous problems, assemble teams, coordinate work across functions, synthesize business data, deliver recommendations to senior leaders, and report outcomes. You will also build reusable integration playbooks and lead active transaction integrations from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across energy, infrastructure, cloud, and SG&A
  • Build M&A integration playbooks and frameworks
  • Lead end-to-end integration execution for active transactions
  • Coordinate integration work across product, finance, legal, people, engineering, and operations
  • Translate deal intent into operational execution
  • Structure ambiguous problems and synthesize data from across the business
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership
  • Design and roll out operational frameworks and processes
  • Improve planning, decision-making, and execution processes
  • Define ambiguous, high-stakes projects and drive them to outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role at a high-growth technology or capital-intensive company
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from scoping through execution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights to senior leaders
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience running M&A integrations, including building playbooks, work plans, managing cross-functional workstreams, and tracking milestones
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline
  • Experience with consumption-based or capital-intensive business models
  • Experience in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI chip development

$195,000 - $235,000
