Responsibilities

• Review and prepare all hospital claims to ensure clean submission to the correct third-party payor.
• Maintain minimal turnaround time for payment and positive cash flow for the hospital.
• Perform follow-up until a payment or rejection is received.
• Collaborate with other finance departments to correct problems and meet customer expectations through initiative and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• CareFirst experience preferred but not required.

Pay

USD $19.49 – $32.16 per hour.
