About the role
Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the Northeast. W‑2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement.
Compensation
$135,000 – $170,000 inclusive of bonuses.

Requirements
- Active APRN license.
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel within the state to maintain a full‑time caseload of approximately 8 facilities.
