About the Role
Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across Connecticut. This is a W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement.
You will be comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs, collaborating with facility teams, and traveling within Connecticut to a full-time caseload of approximately 8-10 facilities.
Requirements
- Must have an active APRN license in Connecticut
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Connecticut
