About the Role
Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the Northeast. This is a W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement. You will work independently in multiple SNFs, traveling within the state to maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 8 facilities.
Requirements
- Must have an active APRN license
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with facility teams
- Willingness to travel within the state
