Responsibilities

• Provide expert, bedside wound care
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across CT

Requirements

• Must have an active APRN license in CT
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
• Willingness to travel within CT to a full-time caseload of approximately 8 facilities
