APRN Wanted: Paid Wound Care Training & Certification

About the role

NexGen is redefining post-acute wound care across New England and is looking for a passionate APRN to join the Connecticut team. Built by operators and clinicians who know long-term care inside and out, NexGen prioritizes clinician sustainability, deep collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes. No wound care certification is required — NexGen will fully train you and cover the costs.

This is a W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement. You will provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the Northeast.

Compensation

$135,000 – $170,000 (inclusive of bonuses)

What We’re Looking For

• Must have an active APRN license
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
• Willingness to travel within the state to maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 8 facilities
