About the role

Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across Connecticut. W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert wound care at the bedside
• Collaborate with teams in multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across Connecticut
• Travel within Connecticut to a full-time caseload of approximately 8 facilities

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Connecticut
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with facility teams
• Willingness to travel within Connecticut

Pay

$135,000 – $168,000 (inclusive of bonuses)
