Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of MyChart, Care Everywhere, Haiku/Canto and EpicCare Link.
- Ensure optimal configuration of features like appointment scheduling, incoming referrals, patient messaging, billing, and proxy access.
- Collaborate closely with other application teams, IT staff, and end-users to gather requirements and implement creative solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational departments.
- Manage projects including quarterly upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integration with third-party systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior analysts.
- Resolve escalated Help Desk tickets and help develop training and processes to prevent reoccurring issues.
- Ensure all configurations comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor system performance and security protocols.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Additional Certifications may be required.
- Five years progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year performing programming or applications analysis, or equivalent, such as business analysis, is required.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Pay Range: $42.64 - $64.00
