Application Support Specialist (Accounting)

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, directly empowering construction professionals to succeed by resolving complex ERP software challenges while contributing to continuous product and service innovation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer software issues and provide expert technical guidance for the Spectrum ERP suite.
• Create comprehensive Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting solutions and empower customers and team members.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques and Salesforce tracking to maintain high-quality customer success.
• Leverage emerging AI capabilities and modern technical tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of general business, accounting, and HR fundamentals.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting software systems and translating complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience using MS Office or Google Workspace applications.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in construction or construction accounting.
• Prior exposure to SQL or ERP platforms, especially Spectrum.
• A reputation as the go-to technical problem solver in your current or past teams.

Pay & Schedule

• Location: Portland, OR or Knoxville, TN (On-Site)
• Schedule: 8am-5pm local
• Travel Requirement: 0%
• Hiring Range: $19.62–$24.52 per hour
• Bonus Eligible: No
