Accounting Support Specialist

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we're looking for an Accounting Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems and making an impact behind the scenes. In this role, you'll support multiple areas of our accounting operations while collaborating with departments across the business. From managing invoices and vendor payments to assisting with audits and customer accounts, you'll play an important role in helping our team deliver exceptional service every day. What You'll Be Doing: Support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, vendor payments, and cash receiptsAssist with annual audits and other accounting projectsAssist with accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate financial recordsProcess customer service requests and support billing and pricing functionsTrack internal expenses, prepare reports, and assist with annual auditsProvide general administrative support while helping keep the accounting department running smoothly What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of accounting experience (Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or similar)Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting best practicesStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsProfessional communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plusHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Why City Wide?
